Course Description: This course is part of the Master of Science in Supply Chain Analytics program curriculum. Teaches fundamental concepts of planning and executing operations and supply chain management projects. Introduces state-of-the-art methodologies leading to successful completion of supply chain projects. Applies project management tools and techniques to plan, analyze, execute, and manage projects. Utilizes authentic data sets and case studies to explore project management applications in supply chain analytics. Minimum qualifications: A master's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field by the time of appointment. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management. Professional or teaching experience in project management, supply chain management, operations management, or related functional areas. Experience using project management platforms such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, or similar systems suitable for professional and educational use.
