Job Summary: The Adjunct Instructor for History serves the integral role of teaching traditional, in-person classes and online courses, guided by CCNS learning outcomes. Applicants will be contacted to discuss opportunities as they arise.** Duties & Responsibilities: Teaches history classes in a variety of times through multiple modalities: Online (through Desire2Learn, CCD's LMS platform) In-person (using Desire2Learn as a consistent resource for students) Commands strong teaching skills, and models a student-centered environment to support a diverse student population. Utilizes a course syllabus, following established institutional and departmental guidelines. Creates engaging lessons that promote student involvement and application of the material.
