Job Summary: Community College of Denver is seeking qualified adjunct instructors to teach Computer Science and Computer Information Systems courses, with a primary focus on programming, coding, and database courses such as Java, Python, C++, SQL, introductory programming, and related computer science topics. Courses may be offered in face-to-face, hybrid, remote, or online formats and may include daytime or evening sections based on departmental needs. Duties & Responsibilities: Teach assigned Computer Science and Computer Information Systems courses. Prepare and deliver course content, assignments, and assessments that support student learning. Maintain course materials, grades, and student records in D2L. Provide timely feedback and communication to students. Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for a diverse community college student population. Follow department and college policies and participate in department communication or meetings as needed. Competencies/KSAs: Knowledge of programming concepts, database concepts, and one or more
