Job Summary: This position reports to the respective Department Chair and works collaboratively with other discipline faculty and the Dean of Social and Behavioral Sciences. The instructor assignment involves teaching introductory and upper-level behavioral health courses and related courses via multiple modalities. Teaching may occur in person/on campus or online including nights and weekends and will have the option for additional summer teaching for additional pay. This position requires the candidate to live in Colorado with access to Auraria Campus for in-person teaching, however, may have flexibility to teach online or hybrid. This is not a fully online or remote position. Duties & Responsibilities: Primary teaching duties will be in Behavioral Health as an academic science grounded in critical thinking, durable skills, and core values of respect, cultural competence, professional development, and ethical responsibility: The instructional assignment will include lecture classes in the discipline.
