The Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology Oncology and The Wilmot Cancer Institute, a newly designated National Cancer Institute (NCI) cancer center, at the University of Rochester Medical Center, is seeking Hematology/Oncology faculty to join our regional expansion sites in Upstate NY/Southern Tier areas. Enjoy working alongside UR faculty MD/DOs, APPs, and nursing staff. Closely collaborate with experts across the Wilmot Cancer Institute through tumor boards, educational sessions and clinical trial opportunities. Our positions are a blend of outpatient Hematology/Medical Oncology with infusion center coverage. Qualifications: M.D., M.D./PH.D. Degree or equivalent degree from an accredited institution Successfully completed an accredited fellowship program and possess ABIM Board Certification in an oncology specialty Possess academic credentials and accomplishments Must obtain a New York State Medical License prior to start date Eligible for a Faculty Appointment at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry Must meet all credentialing requirements Eligible for Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology Post offer Drug Screen and Health Assessment required Compliance with University and New York State health requirements
