This opportunity to teach one or more courses is available on an as-needed basis. Courses may be offered in spring, summer, and/or fall terms and be offered in one or more modalities ranging from in-person to asynchronous online. The start date varies according to departmental teaching needs. The areas of content expertise required by the department include topics in: Construction Science and Management and/or Real Estate Development. Candidates with strong industry experience in: all aspects of construction management, construction operations, building operations, construction safety, real estate development, commercial real estate brokerage, real estate finance, entitlements, and real estate management are strongly desired.
