The successful candidate will possess a strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access, and be able to integrate practical instruction on emerging AI technologies that are transforming today's workplace. Instruction may include the use of Google AI, Coursera, or other approved learning platforms to introduce students to foundational AI principles, responsible use, and real-world applications. This part-time adjunct position offers an exciting opportunity to prepare students with the digital and AI literacy skills essential for success in modern business and administrative environments. The instructor will foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence and career readiness. Minimum Qualifications Required: Associate's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerpPoint, Outlook, Access). Experience using or teaching AI-related content or Google AI coursera materials. Prior teaching or training experience required, with the ability to explain technology concepts clearly to adult learners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to teach face-to-face classes on various campuses, day, evening or online. Preferred QualificationsPreferred: Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
