State Street, South Holland Job Type: Adjunct Faculty Job Number: 00239 Department: Building Construction & Industrial Technology Description Provide in-person/FLEX or online instruction for Electronics Engineering Tech courses. FLEX instruction allows students to choose on a daily basis whether to attend in-person or virtually through the D2L Brightspace virtual classroom. Minimum Qualifications -M.S. in Engineering or Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering or B.S. in Engineering (including Electrical or Computer Engineering) with experience. -Previous college teaching experience in the field. -Previous experience with D2L Brightspace or other Learning Management systems preferred. -Previous online instruction required where appropriate. -Commitment to teaching a student body diverse in ability, age, ethnicity, race, and sexual orientation. -Must successfully pass a criminal background check. Supplemental Information STATUS/SALARY: This is a regular adjunct faculty position with salary to be determined by the adjunct faculty contract. BEGINNING DATE: January 21, 2025.
