The Master of Science in Counseling program that houses three distinct concentrations: professional counseling,school counseling and dual. These prepare students for the PPS credential, LPCC licensure, or both, leading to diverse career opportunities in education and clinical settings. In addition, we offer undergraduate Minor in Counseling and Social Change, as this minor intends to offer an interdisciplinary approach that invites students to explore the ways social and political contexts shape people's experiences, relationships, and the stories that shape us. We are seeking energetic and innovative candidates who have a background in counseling and/or school counseling with particular interest and practice in postmodern counseling with emphasis on equity, social justice, restorative justice, and culturally sustaining approaches.
