Position Summary & Description The Department of Art and Design at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) invites applicants for anticipated part-time, temporary faculty position(s) in Art History for the Fall 2026 semester. The department seeks candidates whose teaching, research, and/or service have prepared them to serve all IUP students. Teaching:Successful candidates must be able to teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses offered in person, online or through distance education. Courses may include:ARHI100Introduces the elements of visual expression, past and present. Develops an understanding of the processes of art making and the motivations and goals of artists across time.
