Beal University is hiring adjunct instructors for its new fully online Cybersecurity Program. Beal University offers Diploma, Associates, Bachelor's in Cybersecurity. Each of these programs is designed to provide the student with a practical foundation for a career in Cybersecurity. Job Duties Facilitating class instruction Providing advisement to students Attending and participating in instructor orientations and trainings Education and Other Requirements Minimum Educational Qualification: A master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Systems Administration, or a closely related field, with academic preparation appropriate to the course content. Minimum Vocational/Professional Qualification: At least four years of progressively responsible professional experience in networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, information security, network defense, security operations, infrastructure security, or closely related occupational areas. Instructional Qualification: Prior college-level teaching experience or documented training in instructional methods and teaching skills. Faculty without prior teaching experience must complete institutional faculty-development/training requirements before assuming primary instructional responsibility. Current Industry Competency: Evidence of current knowledge and continuing professional development in network and systems security, demonstrated through employment, professional development, certifications, training, conferences, or other appropriate activities.
