Work type: Part-time Department Opening: Business Marian University invites applicants for the position of Adjunct Professor in Construction Management, for the 2026-2027 Academic year. Successful candidates will have a strong commitment to undergraduate education, student engagement and research, as well as service to the college and community. Marian University is an institution that values innovative teaching, advising and mentoring. Teaching responsibilities include courses each semester, as demand requires. Candidates should exhibit skill and enthusiasm in teaching undergraduates. Primary Responsibilities: Be available to teach classes at our Fond du Lac, Wisconsin campus. Ability to teach throughout the Construction Management program. Be actively involved in student mentoring, assessment and assurance of learning, and curriculum design and revision. Assist post-graduate relationships, networks, and establishment of external industry relations to promote programs to employers, secure ongoing placement channels and initiate collaborations. Strictly honor the privacy, security and confidentiality of student records and other sensitive information according to state, federal, and college regulations, policies and procedures. Possible Courses Available: CON 203 - Construction Graphics (AutoCAD) - Introduction to graphic communications used in construction including civil, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings, plans, and schematics; creating and editing plans; symbols, terminology, and layout. Basic drawing through overview of building modeling is covered
