Marian University invites applicants for the position of Adjunct Professor in Social Work, starting August 2026. Successful candidates will have a strong commitment to undergraduate education, student engagement and research, as well as service to the college and community. Marian University is an institution that values innovative teaching, advising and mentoring. All faculty participate in mentoring, with other related duties as assigned. Teaching responsibilities include teaching in-person courses, as well as contributing to our online programs, as demand requires. Candidates should exhibit skill and enthusiasm in teaching undergraduates and developing innovative experiential learning opportunities in the surrounding community. Primary Responsibilities: · Be available to teach at our Fond du Lac, Wisconsin campus. · Teach courses throughout the curriculum in the undergraduate Social Work Program in on-campus / in-person, online, and hybrid modes. Example courses include Field Seminars, Social Work Practice, Social Welfare Policy, Social Work Research, Human Behavior in the Social Environment, and Introduction to Social Work. · Engage in professional or academic activities in campus-based, local, regional or broader communities in an effort to make a positive impact and advance the recognition and reputation of Marian University. · Be actively involved in student mentoring, assessment and assurance of learning, and curriculum design and revision. · Assist p
