Overview The College Success Department offers courses that support students entering college and help them fulfill an Everett Community College graduation requirement. The curriculum focuses on study skills, academic reading, and college success. Examples of courses taught include:COLL 100: Study Skills for Acad Recovery COLL 101: College Success COLL 102: Academic Reading Skills COLL 105: Study Skills for Coll Success TITLE: College Success Associate Faculty SALARY: $20,485/quarter at 100% course load* WORKLOAD:Varies by quarterly assignment SCHEDULE: Varies by quarterly assignment UNION:AFT DIVISION: Instruction REPORTS TO: Associate Dean of Advising & Pathways POSITION NUMBER: 00021997 This position may be eligible for hybrid work, per Everett Community College'sTelework Policy *Assignments vary in credits/load. For example, one 5 credit lecture course would be 33.33% course load. Additional compensation may be available for courses that meet high wage / high demand criteria.
