About this position
Associate Lecturer, Finance, School of Business and Technology Curry College's School of Business and Technology invites applications for part-time faculty to teach the following graduate-level (MBA) course in Fall 2026. MBA7200 Strategic Corporate Finance Course Design: The course provides students with a foundation in corporate finance, emphasizing analytical techniques essential for managers. We will focus on financial decisions made by managers. The process of valuation is a central theme discussed throughout the course. Other topics will include financial analysis, forecasting, capital budgeting, managing growth through investment decisions, using and valuing derivative securities (futures, options, and convertible securities), and analyzing risk and return. Throughout the course, students will leverage their proficiency in With analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau and other analytic tools in application assignments. Modality: This course will be offered for 8 weeks with one three day, in-person meeting on Friday, Saturday, Sunday at the Milton, MA campus. The rest of the course will be conducted asynchronously online. Part-time faculty are responsible for planning and presenting course material, establishing specific requirements and informing students of these requirements, holding requisite office hours, grading examinations and projects, submitting grades on time, and utilizing Canvas as the learning management system. Screening and review of candidate application materials will commence immediately and will continue on an ongoing basis. Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:A terminal degree in Finance or a closely related field is preferred. Those with a Master's degree in Finance, and work experience, will also be considered. Evidence of Teaching at the college level Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in corporate finance Teaching experience with college level hybrid degree programs Experience with Canvas Learning Management Sys
