Job Summary: Part-Time Adult High School Diploma (AHSD) Instructor: Civics, Government & Human Rights Red Rocks Community College seeks dynamic, dedicated, and student-centered individuals to serve as Part-Time Adult High School Diploma (AHSD) Instructors. Reporting to the Adult High School Diploma Program Director, this role is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Civics, Government & Human Rights courses that support adult learners in completing Colorado Adult High School Diploma requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to adult learner success and creating an engaging, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Successful candidates recognize the strengths, experiences, and goals adult learners bring to the classroom and help students develop civic knowledge, critical thinking skills, information literacy, digital literacy, workforce readiness competencies, and confidence as they work toward earning their high school diploma.
