Skills required: - English proficiency. - Communication skills. - Proactivity and commitment. - Willingness to pursue an academic career. - Must be comfortable working online and with videoconferencing technologies. - Fluency in Spanish is preferred. - Demonstrated teaching experience preferred. - Demonstrated experience in online and face-to-face training preferred. - Preferably experience in the following areas of expertise Global Finance, Managerial -Accounting, Financial Markets and Instruments, International Business Administration -Capstone Project Managerial Accounting, Business Information System, Innovation. Job requirements: - Verifiable last level of study, PhD. - Able to organize and deliver assigned courses to promote student success while maintaining academic rigor. - Able to review and improve the syllabus of assigned courses. - Be willing to deliver all requested educational materials to the Department of Faculty Management in a timely manner. - Ability to promote and facilitate interaction ensuring collaborative learning. - Ability to motivate and guide students in class and respond to forums in a timely manner. - Assumes responsibility for tracking and assessing student learning, achievement of course objectives and providing feedback. - Assumes responsibility for attending assigned class
