About this position
Washington Heritage University (WHU) exists to provide a biblically integrated education that equips students for works of service in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, through both ministry and professional occupations. Washington Heritage University is seeking highly qualified and mission-aligned faculty members to teach in our undergraduate and graduate Business Administration program. We invite applications from scholar-educators who hold a Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.) degree from an accredited institution and who demonstrate a commitment to Christ-centered higher education. Selected candidates will be placed on standby / eligible status as the University prepares for upcoming faculty interviews and course assignments. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and comparable to rates offered by similar small institutions. This role is ideal for candidates who desire to contribute to a Christ-centered academic community, mentor undergraduate and graduate students, and cultivate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ethical decision-making skills grounded in biblical values. I swapped in the D.B.A. requirement and the Business Administration program, and updated the skills line to leadership, strategy, and ethics, which fit business education and the University's emphasis on serving through professional occupations. As with the Computer Science version, you could broaden the degree line to "a Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.), Ph.D. in Business, or closely related doctorate" if you'd like more applicants. Pay: $1,250.00 per month Work Location: In person
