Position Summary Theory - Anatomy & Physiology for the RN Evening program - Mondays and Thursdays - 5:30-9:50pm - BSN REQUIRED (AND RN LICENSE) The Nursing Instructor is responsible for providing high-quality nursing instruction and clinical education to LPN/PN and RN students. Depending on program and campus needs, instructors may provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction. The instructor creates a supportive learning environment, evaluates student performance and competency, and guides students in developing the knowledge, skills, and professional behaviors necessary for success in nursing. The ideal candidate is an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for education, strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to student achievement. Essential Functions • Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN nursing students, as assigned. • Provide clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute clinical sites. • Create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters students' academic growth and professional development. • Deliver effective instruction appropriate to the educational level and needs of LPN/PN and RN students. • Supervise students in the clinical environment and promote safe, professional nursing practice. • Evaluate student performance and clinical competence based on pr
