Job Description: The French Department at Barnard College seeks a part-time instructor to teach the following undergraduate courses during the 2026-2027 academic year. Fall 2026 FREN BC1001 Elementary French I FREN BC1203 Intermediate French I Spring 2027 FREN BC1002 Elementary French II Pay Rate: $14,000 per course Exact instructional assignments and other academic responsibilities are determined by the Chair or Director. Skills, Qualifications & Requirements: Required Qualifications Terminal degree in a related discipline, with all requirements for the degree completed by the time of hiring offer.
