NO STATE OF GEORGIA BENEFITS. Job Description: Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree with 18 semester hours in speech or communication, A master's degree in journalism does not meet SACSCOC accreditation. Also, graduate hours in journalism, education, or teaching are not sufficient. Strong written and oral communication skills and work ethic. Willingness to teach at all Athens Technical College locations. Willingness to teach Athens Technical College courses on area high school campuses. Willingness to teach using all college approved methods (Ex. face to face, online, audio /video, etc.). Preferred Qualifications:Previous teaching experience at the post-secondary level.
