Job Summary: The Community College of Denver seeks adjunct psychology faculty to teach college-level psychology courses within the Behavioral Sciences department. This position is ideal for an educator who is committed to equity, student success, and inclusive teaching, with knowledge of culturally responsive practices for engaging students who have been historically underrepresented and underserved in traditional psychology classrooms. The adjunct reports to the Chair of Behavioral Sciences and works as a collaborative, essential member of the Psychology Department. Duties & Responsibilities: Teach college-level psychology courses using both traditional and innovative methods of instruction, including the use of technology. Engage and motivate students while teaching a curriculum grounded in the core values of critical thinking, respect, competence, professional development, and ethical responsibility.
