Location: Big Rapids (Main Campus) Department: 34400 - Management Advertised Salary: Minimum of $1,353 per credit hour; if an advanced degree is held in the primary academic discipline, the minimum rate increases to $1,458 per credit hour. Adjunct Faculty FLSA: Exempt Temporary/Continuing: Temporary Part-Time/Full-Time: Part-Time Union Group: Ferris Nontenure-Track Faculty Organization (FNTFO) (AFT) Term of Position: As Needed At Will/Just Cause: Just Cause Summary of Position The College of Business at Ferris State University seeks a diverse group of outstanding applicants to teach undergraduate courses in at least one of the following disciplines: management, lean, or supply chain management, via face-to-face and/or mixed delivery. The College of Business is dedicated to providing a learning experience that instills in its students the knowledge, competencies, and skills for entry-level employment and career advancement in their chosen careers. To facilitate this, faculty are expected to be student-oriented and able to integrate current technology into the learning environment. Office hours are required: one per week for each course taught. Courses are to be taught in person on one of Ferris State University's campuses or an approved FSU site. The candidate selected for the position must reside in Michigan after acceptance of employment and will perform duties at a Ferris site. This is a pooled position.
