Course Title: Data Communication in Biotechnology (Capstone) This capstone course provides students with the skills and tools needed to effectively communicate scientific and business-related data to diverse audiences. Emphasis is placed on storytelling with data, visualizations, scientific writing, executive summaries, and presentation skills. Students will synthesize knowledge gained throughout the program to produce and present a comprehensive data communication project. The course prepares students for real-world biotech communication scenarios including investor briefings, regulatory submissions, and internal team reports. Qualifications Qualified candidates will have Subject Matter Qualifications in the following areas. Required:Current employment or recent experience in the biotechnology, pharma, or data science sector Ph. D., M.B.A. or M.S. Experience presenting scientific or technical data to internal or external stakeholders Expertise in communication strategies and data visualization techniques Preferred:Prior experience teaching, coaching, or mentoring scientific professionals Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital presentation tools General ResponsibilitiesGuide students through a structured capstone communication project Deliver feedback that strengthens students' storytelling, structure, and visuals Lead group workshops and encourage collaboration and professional growth Maintain the course site and facilitate timely student engagement Mentor students through development of capstone communicat
