Course Title: Commercial Operations in Biotechnology This course provides an overview of commercial strategy in the biotech sector, covering market access, sales operations, product launch planning, and pricing strategies. Students will learn how cross-functional commercial teams work with R&D and regulatory departments to bring biotech products to market successfully. Qualifications Qualified candidates will have Subject Matter Qualifications in the following areas. Required:Current active employment in the relevant biotech or pharmaceutical industry Deep knowledge of course-specific applications and industry practices Ph. D., M.D., or M.B.A. Strong communication and analytical skills Preferred:Previous teaching experience or experience delivering professional training Familiarity with online instructional tools and platforms General ResponsibilitiesDesign a syllabus following program chair guidance and the syllabus template Create content aligned with course outcomes, integrating personal expertise Facilitate online discussions and provide timely, relevant feedback Maintain the course site and update content in the Moodle LMS Provide tools and templates for market analysis, forecasting, and sales planning. Lead simulations of product launches and go-to-market strategy execution.
