Job Summary: Lamar Community College (LCC) is seeking qualified adjunct instructors to join its instructional team. Adjunct faculty play a vital role in fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment that empowers students to achieve academic and personal success. These part-time positions operate under the supervision of the Academic Dean. LCC maintains an ongoing pool of qualified adjunct instructors to meet instructional and departmental needs. Appointments are made as openings arise, and assignments may include teaching courses, delivering presentations, or providing instructional support when full-time faculty or current instructors are unavailable. Duties & Responsibilities: Class preparation and instruction. Grading and record keeping. Student communication and support outside of the scheduled class time. Timely communication
