Specifically, the college is seeking candidates interested in being adjunct faculty with expertise in:Anthropology 102: Human Origins: Evolutionary theory is the backbone of the natural sciences. In this course, we seek to understand what it means to be "human" through the lens of biological anthropology. We will explore the biological evolution and behavioral evolution of modern humans. This course is driven by questions involving what it means to be human, how we have defined "humanhood", and how human/non-human divides manifest within our society. We will cover a broad range of topics spanning almost 7 million years of history starting with the first bipedal steps taken by our hominin ancestors and ending with the Neolithic revolution.
