Position Title: Adjunct Faculty, Welding and Fabrication Job Summary: The instructor will be responsible for preparing and delivering hands-on instruction relative to welding and fabrication industry standards as prepared by the department. This includes, but is not limited to safety, welding theory & techniques, evaluating student performance and maintaining a safe, engaging class and lab environment. Class meeting times may include Saturdays and/or evening hours and take place in CLC's Advanced Technology Center. Job Description: Teach courses in discipline, as scheduled each academic semester, using a variety of student centered, culturally relevant instructional methods to support diverse learning styles and student needs. Meet all classes at assigned location and times. If unable to meet an assigned class reports absence to supervisor and academic division staff in an appropriate manner. Develop, revise, and maintain instructional materials, course content, and syllabi that align with departmental standards and student learning outcomes. Observe and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, discussions, and projects. Provide timely and constructive feedback. Support student ret
