Primary Purpose: Provide instruction to Pharm.D. and Graduate students in the College of Pharmacy at the Puerto Rico Campus. Adjunct faculty provide instruction in the classroom, laboratory, or on-line, and assist students in their learning processby utilizing all appropriate College resources, materials, facilities, and educational technologies available to complement the teaching and learning process. This position is not eligible for continuing contract. Job Category: Exempt Hiring Range: Pay Basis: Subject to Grant Funding? Essential Job Functions: 1. Prepare and deliver instruction to Pharm.D. students and/or graduate students. 2. Facilitate activities in the classroom or laboratory. 3. Act as a liaison between the students and the faculty course coordinator. 4. Provide and facilitate examinations. May include assigning grades consistent with course requirements. 5. Teach or facilitate classes based on varied schedules to accommodate diverse student needs and to meet the expectations of the College as assigned by the designated faculty course coordinator. 6.
