Adjunct Faculty - Offshore Wind Energy Category: Adjunct Faculty Department: Locations: Fall River, MA Posted: Closes: Type: Position ID: 200635 POSITION TITLE: Adjunct Faculty - Offshore Wind Energy DEPARTMENT: School of Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) PRIMARY LOCATION: Fall River REPORTS TO: Dean of Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) POSITION STATUS: MCCC/DCE unit position, non-benefitted. Adjunct Faculty are part-time instructors hired on an as needed basis. Courses may be offered in online, hybrid, or face-to-face modalities in Attleboro, Fall River, New Bedford, and/or Taunton. Courses may be held during the day, in the evening, and on weekends (Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays). Please note: Positions will be available pending sufficient enrollment. STARTING DATE: Academic Year 2026 - 2027 SALARY: Minimum salary is $1,446 per credit hour. Actual salary is commensurate with the DCE Collective Bargaining Agreement. DCE Adjuncts and Part-Time Members (mccc-union.org) STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Adjunct (DCE) Faculty - Offshore Wind Energy will be responsible for, but not limited to, teaching and developing curriculum/course material for Offshore Wind Energy, Wind Power Technology, Wind Power Operations and Maintenance, Clean Energy and/or Electromechanical Engineering courses and offering student support through varied interaction.
