Located in Greater Boston, MassBay is a comprehensive, open-access community college, offering associate degrees and certificate programs on three campuses in Wellesley Hills, Framingham, and Ashland, Massachusetts. Position Summary: The ideal candidate will join a vibrant educational community and have a desire and ability to serve a population of students with various needs and backgrounds. MassBay Community College seeks qualified Adjunct Faculty members beginning in spring 2027 and for future semesters to teach courses in Health Careers Exploration, Medical Terminology, and/or Soft Skills for Medical Professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for teaching and promoting success among a varied student population. The Health Studies Adjunct Faculty will teach college courses and provide skill-development instruction didactically on high school campuses where we have Early College/Dual Enrollment agreements. Courses are delivered face-to-face or in a hybrid modality. Opportunities exist to teach other courses in health sciences, depending on the candidate's additional clinical certifications. Teaching schedules follow the assigned high school campus rotation and may vary by day, school calendar, and student lunch schedule.
