Job Requisition: JR102090 Adjunct Faculty - Curriculum & Instruction (C&I) (Open) Department: CC00182 WM001 | SOE | Education Operations Job Description Summary: The Department of Curriculum and Instruction is recruiting a pool of persons to be considered for possible adjunct teaching positions in the elementary education, secondary education, ESL/bilingual education, and special education programs. Appointments are limited to a specified term and may include the following instructional sessions: Fall 2026, Spring 2027, and Summer 2027. Job Description: We will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position. This is a pooled position that will only be accessed on an as-needed basis. Required qualifications: Successful completion of a terminal degree in education or related field or qualifications matching those enumerated in the Faculty Qualifications Manual for Alternate Methods of Qualifying Faculty to Teach. Preferred qualifications: College/university teaching experience in education, higher education, or related field. Position responsibilities include:Fulfill all aspects of the designated course outline Grade assignments and exams in a timely manner Respond to student inquiries in a timely manner Submit final grades according to the School of Education policy Conditions of Employment:This position is restricted to a specified term. This position is not eligible for benefits.
