This position offers an excellent<br> opportunity for individuals to work in a professional learning community wherein faculty<br> contribute to and engage in instructional best practice for adult learners in an innovative,<br> nontraditional university setting.</p> <p><br> Adjunct faculty have part-time teaching roles. Courses are offered on a term by term basis.<br> Adjunct faculty can teach up to 2 courses per term, not to exceed 10 courses per year. This role<br> participates in continuing professional development and may also engage in faculty governance<br> and curriculum work as needed. Additional service activities may be assigned to Adjunct faculty.<br> Scholarship is not required. Teaching assignments for Adjunct faculty may fluctuate and are<br> contingent upon the schedule of courses.
