USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app The University of New Hampshire at Manchester's Department of Business and Communication Arts seeks an Adjunct Faculty member to join the Communication Arts program to teach undergraduate courses in areas such as social media, public relations, crisis communication, and digital media marketing, among others. A Master's degree is the minimum educational credential for this position. The position requires theoretical and applied knowledge in the areas of expertise, teaching and classroom management skills, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as Canvas to support student learning and instruction. Preferred qualifications include university teaching experience, experience teaching courses that meet in-person and/or experience teaching courses using a synchronous online modality, and applied professional experience in areas of expertise. The position begins with one course titled Social Media for Organizations and Business to be taught in-person in fall 2026. This course meets one day each week for fifteen weeks at the UNH campus in Manchester, NH, with each class session running 2 hours and 50 minutes. Future courses are assigned as needed and available.
