MCBS 801 provides an overview of careers in the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical industries. Professional development activities include defining career goals, preparing a professional resume and cover letter to prospective employers, identification of potential internship opportunities, and networking. The course will also include an overview of the types of positions available within the biotechnology/biopharma sector, presentations by biotechnology career professionals, and presentations by UNH faculty whose research disciplines are relevant to the field of biotechnology and biopharmaceutics. MCBS 895 covers special topics. MCBS 895 (01) - Special Topics | Course Search MCBS 999 Doctoral Research MCBS 999 (20) - Doctoral Research | Course Search The Adjunct Faculty member serves in a multifaceted capacity within the Department of Molecular, Cellular, and Biomedical Sciences (MCBS) at the University of New Hampshire. This position encompasses three primary areas of responsibility: (1) leadership and administration of the NIH-funded Center of Integrated Biomedical and Bioengineering Research grant; (2) limited programmatic and administrative support for the Molecular and Cellular Biotechnology (MCBT) M.S. program and/or other duties as assigned by the MCBS Department Chair; and (3) the conduct of ongoing NIH-funded research. This appointment is designed to leverage the incumbent's specialized research expertise and administrative capabilities in support of the department's and university's research and educational missions.
