This position offers an excellent<br>opportunity for individuals to work in a professional learning community wherein faculty<br>contribute to and engage in instructional best practice for adult learners in an innovative,<br>nontraditional university setting.</p> <p><br>Adjunct faculty have part-time teaching roles. Courses are offered on a term by term basis.<br>Adjunct faculty can teach up to 2 courses per term, not to exceed 10 courses per year. This role<br>participates in continuing professional development and may also engage in faculty governance<br>and curriculum work as needed. Additional service activities may be assigned to Adjunct faculty.<br>Scholarship is not required. Teaching assignments for Adjunct faculty may fluctuate and are<br>contingent upon the schedule of courses.
