Teaching experience
I am a management academic with a doctoral degree and more than eight years of university teaching experience. I currently serve as Head of a Management Study Program at Nusa Putra University, Indonesia, where I teach and coordinate courses in management, research methodology, strategic management, innovation, entrepreneurship, and related business disciplines. I have also delivered academic seminars, research workshops, conference presentations, and guest lectures for students, academics, and professionals. My research experience includes quantitative methods, PLS-SEM, bibliometric analysis, entrepreneurship, sustainability, digital capability, and organizational studies.
Interests & speaking style
I enjoy connecting management theory with contemporary business challenges and research evidence. My lecturing style is interactive, structured, and discussion-oriented, using real-world cases, research findings, and practical examples. I encourage students to critically evaluate business problems rather than simply memorize concepts. I am particularly interested in engaging with international students and exchanging perspectives across different business and cultural contexts.
