Teaching experience

I have more than 13 years of experience in education, including elementary classroom teaching, tutoring, instructional coaching, academic intervention, and school leadership. I currently serve as an Assistant Principal, where I support curriculum implementation, instructional planning, assessment, data analysis, teacher development, and student achievement. I previously served as an After-School Tutoring Coordinator and have extensive experience providing differentiated literacy instruction and supporting diverse learners. I hold a Master of Education in Reading Education and a Master of School Administration, along with North Carolina licensure in Elementary Education, Birth–Kindergarten, Business Education, and School Administration. I also have experience using virtual learning and instructional technology platforms to support teaching and learning.
