Teaching experience
Teaching has been a constant thread through my career. I have delivered over 50 training sessions, workshops and enablement programmes to BFSI clients, global systems integrators including TCS, Infosys and Capgemini, and internal engineering and sales teams at IBM, Oracle, Citibank and Microsoft. As Senior Vice President at Citibank, I designed the enterprise-wide learning plan to raise technical acumen across all employees. My focus has been on translating complex Data and AI concepts into practical, engaging learning experiences. I am particularly keen to work with young adults — to share what I have learned over the years, and to keep learning from them. Teaching is one of the most powerful forms of learning : knowledge flows both ways.
Interests & speaking style
My style is case-led and interactive. I like to teach from real projects rather than slides , and build each session around a genuine decision point - share some of the real life trade-offs I actually faced. I also prefer to draw the architecture live and have it challenged to have a 2 way interaction and active participation.
