I have over 8 years of experience in academic teaching, training, mentoring, and learner development across undergraduate programmes. I have taught subjects including Business Communication, Advertising, Corporate Communication & Public Relations, Principles of Management, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, and Production & Finance. I have also conducted lectures on E-Marketing, Social Marketing, and Hospitality Marketing, with a strong focus on practical and application-based learning. My research experience includes publishing research on the effects of scarcity marketing tactics on online fashion shoppers’ buying behaviour and presenting research on technology-driven healthcare innovation. I have also undertaken research on the transition of the healthcare sector from a traitionalized to a technologically advanced aproach in Viksit Bharat.

My areas of academic interest include Marketing, Management, Business Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Corporate Communication, Public Relations, and related emerging areas. My lecturing style is interactive, engaging, and application-oriented, with an emphasis on connecting academic concepts to real-world business situations. I use discussions, case studies, practical activities, presentations, current industry examples, and experiential learning to encourage student participation, critical thinking, and conceptual understanding.
