However, I bring 23+ years of corporate experience across service delivery, operations management, project and programme management, PMO, customer success, banking, payments and business transformation. I can contribute practical, industry-oriented learning by sharing real-world business scenarios, operational challenges, leadership insights and lessons from enterprise environments. My aim is to help students connect management concepts with practical workplace applications and develop an understanding of industry expectations.

I am interested in sharing practical industry knowledge and helping students bridge the gap between academic concepts and real-world business challenges. My lecturing style would be interactive, practical and discussion-oriented, using industry examples, case studies, problem-solving exercises and lessons from 23+ years of corporate experience. I aim to make complex management and operational concepts easy to understand and relevant to workplace situations, encouraging questions, critical thinking and active participation. My goal is to help learners develop practical skills and confidence for their professional careers.
