Technology in general, but specifically the challenge of building and maintaining technology in the private and public spheres. I specialize in system rescue and legacy modernization, so I tend to lecture a lot on organizational change management as it relates to the operation of complex software systems.

Teaching experience

More about my teaching

In addition to my own sideline as a professional public speaker and corporate trainer I have also guest lectured at: Harvard (Kennedy School of Government) October 2018 and April 2019 Georgetown October, 2024 And many many conferences

Interests & speaking style

Interest: I like to use opportunities like these to anchor personal travel, often taking a few days before or after to enjoy seeing a new place. Having an excuse to interact directly with locals not affiliated in anyway with hospitality, in particular locals in my own industry, is great fun. Lecturing style: Informal and Illustrative
