I will like to meet online, students /learners who are keen to learn, very responsive, and focused. I engage varying styles depending on how my students respond in first 15minutes to what I have taught, then I can adjust style as required to make their learning achieve expected outcomes. My styles involve: I engage- active learning, I value my learners as good students, split learners into cells to work on group assignments, ask questions to know their depths of understanding, vary style to suit nature of students and their level of understanding. Provide Topic, Start with Entry Analogy related to the key content of the lecture, Introduce the topic with basic definitions with explanation, get their frame of mind and understanding with few questions or opportunity for them to discuss what I just passed across. Then know if I engage serious teaching with lots of examples, use study aids like pictures and slides which I get ready in case, then ask them how they see the pace of the teaching and style to sample their opinion as guide for future class. I create room for class discussion on the topic, and rap up the discussion by providing more light. I select top journal papers on the topic that are practical on the topic and can impact on their learning process and provide them with top quality references by top scientists in the field from Journals- who have made impactful marks, such as winners of top science prizes. If we will meet again in a short while like few months, I provide them with assignments or term papers to work on and submit to me online to review and support with guides of what was expected and support resources. These help stimulate their learning process,make them participants in the process and create an active learning atmosphere that makes learning a 2 way flow from mostly the Lecturer and back from the learners
