Guest lecture topics

The topics I am prepared to lecture on would be GIS, Meteoritics, Astronomy, and History

Teaching experience

I am certified in the Fundamentals of GIS through ESRI, which covers teaching GIS to coworkers and staff of small and regional governments. I have administered platforms with 40+ fulltime GIS staff and 200+ users who rely on my teaching and assistance for their work. I have given guest lectures to ENMU staff on meteoritics, archeology theories, and historical elements. I have taught nearly a dozen people how to hunt for meteorites who went on to successfully find a meteorite. I have given students introductions to meteoritics at both CNM, UNM, and ENMU.

Interests & speaking style

I enjoy teaching what I know, helping others to learn and succeed, and I typically have an in person intro to the topic at hand with more technical deep dives to the relevent talk or audience interests.
