Interests & speaking style
My teaching specialisms are psychological therapies for neurodivergent clients, clients experiencing common mental health problems, and clients experiencing long-term health conditions. My style is intend to be engaging, relational, and is based in building an environment where learners can be curious and authentic. Content is presented through a level of detailed research and referencing that is not routinely covered, in combination with experiential exercises which provide learners with applied understanding of the processes being taught.
