Interests & speaking style

I enjoy helping students connect theory with real educational practice. My teaching style is interactive, discussion-based, and applied, using cases, examples, reflection, and structured activities rather than relying only on lecture. I aim to create an inclusive environment where students feel comfortable questioning ideas, connecting concepts to their own professional experience, and developing practical solutions. I am especially interested in teaching adult and graduate learners in areas such as literacy, teacher education, educational leadership, multilingual education, and AI in education.
