I am a "Culture Architect" who occupies a rare strategic intersection: the synthesis of technical engineering rigor and human-centered systems design. In a marketplace increasingly dominated by AI-driven disruption, this dual competency is the definitive differentiator for modern organizational transformation. While technical systems can be deployed through capital investment, the "people-side" of change remains the primary point of catastrophic failure. My style of lecturing is engaging and bridges this gap, by applying the empirical frameworks of an engineer to the volatile dynamics of human culture to ensure that enterprise transitions are not merely implemented, but integrated.
