Teaching experience
Designed and instructed a graduate-level course focused on advanced user experience (UX) evaluation, usability research, and human-centered design methodologies. Guided master's students through the planning, execution, analysis, and communication of formal UX assessments for digital systems, integrating industry-standard practices in usability testing, accessibility evaluation, analytics, information architecture, and emerging technologies including AI, AR, and VR. Leveraged more than two decades of experience in enterprise experience design, customer research, and digital transformation to bridge academic theory with real-world application. Mentored students through project-based learning, portfolio development, peer reviews, and capstone-level research projects that emphasized evidence-based decision-making and design improvement.
Interests & speaking style
I like to speak to slides, I will generally ask questions to the crowd, I like using in sessions surveys to keep people on their toes. I will generally end with about 5- 10min of Q/A about what talked about.
