Guest lecture topics
I am currently a consultant who works with defense contracting manufacturers to improve operations, remain compliant, and either achieve or maintain certifications like ISO 9001 and AS 9100. I hold a masters degree in IO Psychology and am happy to talk about real world applications of management, leadership, and organizational theory. Additionally, I would love to talk about women working in a male dominated field. I am also a DBA student.

No formal experience but the nature of my career is to educate stakeholders on efficient systems and compliance.
Interests & speaking style
I am looking for ways to connect with youn minds about options for career paths that are fulfilling and maybe outside of the box. I did not know my degrees would lead me where I am today and I think it is fun to be a part of helping someone see a new perspective.
