My experience spans executive leadership, strategic board facilitation, and active scholarly research. As an executive director, I regularly design and deliver training modules, workshops, and strategic seminars for international teams and community stakeholders. Combined with my background in academic writing and doctoral research in organizational leadership, I am well-versed in synthesizing complex material into clear, outcome-driven instruction.
